Preliminary advice for the processing of deeds.
You tell us what you need, we present and evaluate the different options – for the best taxation of the operation – and we advise you on future tax repercussions, if applicable. We then contact the Notary Office that best suits you, prepare the Deed together with the assigned Officer, review it, and even attend the signing, if necessary, together with the client.
Provision of funds.
We carry out the tax calculation, prepare the appropriate Provision of Funds which includes our fees, expenses and supplements to be paid (notary’s office, settlement of deeds taxes, registers, etc.) and we send it to you so that it can be paid together with an authorisation. From then on we take care of everything and the client does not have to do anything else.
Deeds processing and management.
We proceed to the notarial deeds, and when we finish the formalities, we deliver to the client their fully processed deeds, with justification of all payments made physically and also by email, so that they have everything scanned.
Responsible for the processing of deeds.
As we are responsible for the processing of the deeds, if the client subsequently receives any kind of complaint, request, or if any kind of appeal or allegation has to be made, we also take care of everything, with or without charge, depending on whether it is due to a decision of the client and was previously warned by us, it is a questionable case or an error in the handling of the deed.
